Public Forum - We Need to Talk About Dead End Follies

Hi.

On any given day, this blog is addressing to you, faithful readers. Today is a little different. I want to exchange with you, about Dead End Follies. I have no real issue with the site as of now (traffic is strong and steady), but sometimes it's a lonely business in here. A capital, yet underrated perk of relationships (both romantic and social) is that you can bounce your thoughts off others and gauge if you're really that righteous or just being an asshole.

In 2013, I am determined to foster the relationship between us. Get to know you better. This isn't exactly a turn to interactive blogging, but expect to see these post appear more often. Everybody is welcomed to comment, even if you've only read Dead End Follies on a semi-regular basis and never commented. If you've tuned in more than once, I'm interested in what you're thinking. The next three questions are targeted, I'd like you to answer them if possible, but don't feel limited by them. Whatever is on your mind, I want to know. Answers via comment section, email, Facebook and Twitter are welcomed.

This isn't my peculiar, backward way of making a New Year's Resolutions post. New Year's Resolutions are silly.

1) What do you come here to read?

Do you come to Dead End Follies for the reviews? Is it the too rare pop culture pieces? What are the pieces you like the most about Dead End Follies and are there subjects in particular you'd like me to tackle? See, the posting schedule has been weeded out and I'm looking to maximize what you guys like best. Make this more fuel efficient.

2) What do you think of the post format?

You're going to have to be specific here. I am aware about the potential arid nature of what I'm writing so that's why I'm looking for format feedback. Are my paragraphs too long? Do you give up on reading posts because they are visually unappealing? Would more photos make your read more dynamic or would it just make the post seems longer? Any insight on why you're skipping certain posts is welcomed.

3) What makes your motor run?

Right now. Anything. Books, movies, television series, video games, sports, activities, etc. Reason why I'm raking so large is that I want to know you better. Know what kind of people come here to read. Maybe we can find common threads and can make Dead End Follies more productive  for both of us. Whatever you like to do in your free time, I am curious to know.

Thank you for participating and don't forget not to limit yourself to these questions. Any question, comment or observation about Dead End Follies is welcomed and you can answer via comment section, email, Facebook and Twitter.
